Armac Group trading as Armac Demolition Ltd and Armac Environmental Ltd operate in accordance to our ISO 9001:2015 accredited Quality Management System. This accreditation demonstrates that the company is committed to delivering and continually improving the highest level of quality service. Our quality derives from a commitment to exceeding excellence in all services we provide. Monitoring of our integrated management system processes delivers continual improvement in quality performance.

We deliver on quality by focusing firmly on our customers. We invest time getting to know our customers: their objectives, demands and challenges. We then take this understanding and turn it into bespoke solutions tailored to each customers’ unique requirements.

Through active mentoring and training, we have created a culture where our people are empowered to take responsibility for their actions, contributing to the continued success of the company. Focusing on practical processes for our staff ensures consistent results.

All persons fulfilling a management position, including our directors, are required to maintain high standards of quality control throughout their areas of responsibility. All employees (and engaged subcontractors) are required to adhere to the company’s quality management system.

The company will.

  • Commit to fulfil legal and other requirements relating to quality, and ensure that safe systems of work are applied in relation to all our activities.

  • Set and review objectives and targets to drive continual improvement.

  • Monitor performance of our services including requesting client feedback.

  • Develop the competence of employees through effective education and training.

  • Commit to continual improvement in quality management, customer service and performance.

  • Provide resources, including labour, plant and equipment appropriate to implement the requirements of this policy statement and our commitment to quality.

  • Maintain open lines of communication internally and externally to ensure ongoing fulfilment of service requirements.

  • Communicate the content of this quality policy statement to all employees (and any subcontractors) and make it freely available to clients and other interested third parties.

  • Address risk and opportunity associated with the business context and objectives.

  • Demonstrate conformity to Quality Management System requirements.

This Quality Policy will be reviewed at least annually, or more frequently where there have been significant changes to the company, standards or the nature of the company’s activities.

The Managing Director is responsible for driving, monitoring, and implementing this policy, and providing strategic guidance to all operational divisions and support functions.
